Adaptive Skiing
with Wintergreen Adaptive Sports
We're so excited to be partnering with Wintergreen Adaptive Sports for the 3rd year in a row, who uses adaptive equipment that allows all ages and abilities to ski!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Each skier MUST attend with a parent or guardian. Parent/guardian does NOT need to ski.
2. Signed waivers are required for each rider and skier. Waivers will be provided via email before each trip.
3. What to wear: Warm clothing that you can move around comfortably in is appropriate. It is wise to bring lots of layers, including long underwear, a mid-layer of wool or fleece, and a waterproof outer layer. Do not wear jeans or sweatpants. Wear one pair of wool ski socks. Make sure to bring waterproof gloves or mittens, a neck warmer or scarf, and goggles or sunglasses. **You can purchase anything you find you need (or forget) at Freestyle Ski Shop in Wintergreen's Mountain Inn and at the rental shop. Also, it is a good idea to label everything with your name and a phone number in case you misplace anything.
4. What to bring: Lunch, a water bottle, and any snacks you may want throughout the day. Bring extra base layers to change in after a long day in case yours get sweaty.
Prior to the event, each skier must have 2 waivers on file with Wintergreen Adaptive Sports. Please sign these upon registration!

Fishing Club
with Beyond Boundaries
Join Jacob's Chance, Beyond Boundaries, and our awesome volunteers for 6 weeks of Fishing Club. During this six week educational program, we will learn everything your participant needs to know to get out and catch fish! We will be teaching all of the basics of fishing including, but not limited to: different reel options (push button, spinner, fly, etc.), casting techniques, how to string a rod, tie and bait a hook, as well as identify and remove a fish! Each day we'll be at a new location and will be a mix of fishing and education. At the end of our season we will have a surprise for all of our new anglers to help get everyone fishing on their own.
